About our Dojo

Our establishment’s goal is to not only teach traditional martial arts, but also traditional values and personal development skills that our students can incorporate into their daily lives.  We also strive to teach under the guidance of positive reinforcement and do so in what we believe to be a family atmosphere.

We do not just think of our school as a place to learn, but as a place to live and to build new friendships and relationships.


We have made it very easy for you to get started in your new Karate class.

The Introductory Course

The Intro Course is a great obligation free way to learn without being thrown head first into classes, while getting familiar with the instructors who will be teaching you. Our Intro Course consists of three semi-private lessons.

Little Dragons

The Little Dragons program is designed for students ages 4-7. This program is aimed towards structuring proper patterns of behavior, and teaching the core principals of martial arts in a fun and supportive environment.


Little Dragons is a great way for aspiring young martial artists to learn new skills, make new friends, and gain self-confidence by mastering basic techniques, Karate class structure, kata/form, and basics of self defense.

Youth Program

Designed for students age 7-13, and welcoming all levels, from beginners to those with prior Karate experience.


The Youth Program builds confidence in students through expanded knowledge of self-defense, and by exposure to more advanced techniques and kata/form.


Physical fitness and endurance training is key in the Youth Program classes, as students perform strength, conditioning and stretching exercises.

Adult Classes

Adult classes at Traditional Karate Dojo are designed for teens and up. All levels of physcial fitness and martial arts experience are welcome. From Karate beginners to those looking to get back in the dojo, or to looking get back in shape, this is the right class for you.

With a heavy focus on physical finesse and endurance training, the Adult Class offers a great workout with a purpose. You will work up sweat as you learn Karate, guaranteed!
